Items must be returned for inspection in original condition, unused and unwashed with all original labels and packaging attached and in tact. The item must not have been altered in any way. Please provide proof of purchase.
We reserve the right not to offer a credit note, refund or repair where the fault or damage is a result of misuse or lack of care.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Registered post with a tracking number is recommended. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the shipping process and a refund will not be paid on returned goods not received by us.
