Please allow 1 to 4 business days following the placement of your order for items to be packaged and shipped.

AUSTRALIA

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post and select courier partners for where shipping is required to remote and regional areas and/or the volume of the package is larger than what Australia Post is able to carry. This is often the case with Jac Fink Originals, K1S1 yarns and felted roving as well as large orders of multiple items in our various collections.

Where this is the case, it is very difficult to estimate actual shipping costs because, at checkout, the cost is calculated by total weight of your order and not the volume of the package. Where the volume of the package is large, we get charged for the volume of the package, not its weight. Compounding the issue is that we are unable to calculate the volume of a package until it is actually packaged.

Please note that, once shipping has been organised, if you have overpaid shipping costs we will refund the difference to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide**. The shipping fee is dependent on weight, volume of the package and destination.

Any taxes or customs duties payable on import into the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us at checkout. 

**Shipping to the USA and Canada has been temporarily suspended due to the imposition of new tariff regulations by the US Government. We hope to have this service up and running again soon. If you live in either country and would like to make a purchase, please email us at hello@jacquifink.com for an estimation of costs.  We are still happy to ship items to you but we will have to work it out the old fashioned way.
