Standing 35 cm tall, this Villeroy & Boch Santa and stag is made for that annual moment: substantial porcelain, richly painted detail and a story that rewards a closer look.

From the premium Christmas Toys Memory collection, Santa stands behind a tan-brown stag stepping through a textured snowy landscape. Wicker-like baskets overflow with miniature toys, including teddy bears, horses, a blue boat and wrapped presents. A considered centrepiece for a Christmas sideboard, generous mantelpiece or festive table, it brings height and movement to a display without needing a crowd of smaller ornaments.

Drawing on traditional German folklore and early nineteenth-century European winter-market toys, the scene combines nostalgia with intricate sculpting. Originally released circa 2020–2021 and now retired, this example is offered in pristine condition with its original patterned crimson presentation box. A discreet candle socket on the stag’s back harness accommodates an upright dinner candle, adding another dimension to the display.

Postage

This piece is offered with free tracked domestic postage Australia-wide, fully insured for its purchase value.
